Purpose and permitted use
Solemove Partnerships is a controlled pre-release service for institutional partnership development and course discovery. Use is limited to invited institutional staff and approved design-partner activity during the agreed pilot period.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or record student applications, identity documents, passwords, payment information, health information, special-category personal data, confidential research, export-controlled material, or other data that the institution has not authorized for this pilot.
Alpha limitations
The service may change and may contain defects. It is not a system of record for signed partnership agreements, student mobility applications, or legal commitments. Institutions remain responsible for verifying course availability and partnership decisions in their authoritative systems.
Institution responsibilities
Workspace owners manage membership, public visibility, catalog publication, inquiry-form content, and authority to submit public sources for processing. Users must respect applicable law, source permissions, and their institution's policies.
Feedback and pilot end
Participants may be asked for product feedback and workflow interviews. Product telemetry excludes customer-entered content. At pilot end, the institution may request an export and choose continuation or deletion under the retention and deletion schedule.
Privacy and processing
The service privacy notice, applicable data-processing terms, and the executed design-partner agreement form part of the pilot arrangement.
