AI and assisted processing

Assisted processing is limited to institution-owned public website pages and course-catalog sources that a workspace user explicitly submits and confirms they are authorized to process.

Private opportunities, contacts, notes, tasks, inquiry responses, and uploaded material not explicitly submitted through an approved enrichment or catalog workflow must not be sent to an AI provider.

Each processing run records its source, provider or deterministic extractor version, status, evidence, and review decision. Suggested values remain private drafts until a human accepts or edits them. Nothing is published automatically.

The current alpha extractor is deterministic. Introducing an external AI provider requires a reviewed processing agreement, subprocessor-register update, and the same enforced source boundary.
